My husband and I were able to buy our first home thanks to Matt! Our original lender ended up being slow/difficult and it didn’t look like we would be able to get financing in time. We were stressed out and didn’t know much about using a broker but we decided to call up Matt last minute. He responded right away and worked over a weekend to help make sure we could get find a lender and get our financing in place in time to seal the deal! He helped us through the process and communicated on our behalf with the bank, lawyer and real estate agent and made things very straightforward and easy, alleviating a lot of stress for us!
